Careers / Technical Client Account Manager

We require a professional Technical Client Account Manager. We are looking for a person that can work dynamically with other members of our team, our vendor partners, our clients, and with potential clients. As such, this position utilizes senior level technical/organizational skills to support our client relationships.

Ideally, this position will draw from experience in the IT industry, utilizing technical knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication ability and problem solving skills to satisfy customer inquiries and request for simple to complex IT solutions. However, an exemplary performer from another industry would be considered.

This position works as a client advocate in order to be LANAIR’s correspondent in the field. This individual will be responsible for the day to day management of an established set of clients, within our Managed Services division.


Responsibilities include the following, but is not limited to:
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients to assist them with intra-department personnel with general technical product support. This includes product information in White Papers, Sales and Marketing materials, reading through and assessing customer specifications from simple to complex customer requests.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager and Sales team members, providing consistent support.
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the account
  • Assist with vCIO initiatives and Managed Customers
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company
  • Advise customer on pricing, delays and any other information pertinent to order or request.
  • Onsite visit to client sites (local to Southern California).
  • Ability to conduct conversations with technical counterparts internally and externally with respect to technical, installation and trouble shooting.
  • Responsible for handling miscellaneous projects that help build customer intimacy to help LANAIR be "faster, better and easier" to do business with - to include, but not limited to, quotation follow up, phone surveys, pro-active customer calls, business development activities, etc.
  • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service
  • Responsible for entering and maintaining client information in LANAIR CRM system.
  • Must possess attention to detail.
